most likely accounting or property & finance units
no need for redundant over paid glorified clerical workers.
outsourcing likely for pennies on the dollar to a certified cleared 3 rd party co to handle things on a contract basis.
Northrop is a superior comapny but just doesnt need so many low level or midlevel employees
stock price is all that matters now.
Apparently they are going to outsource their IT department.
