Funny how with these new "regions" the bigger of the sites holds dominance.
Your job is not safe as the bigger house will hold onto and shift all their people around.
People have worked there for years and no recognition. The GSMS are all the people who still have jobs just patting themselves on the backs as if they did something. Watch out sales. You will be next on the chopping block. Specialists will be making sales and all customers on Shop. You will not be needed. Just watch.

Great opportunity for anyone looking for a driver position, for Amazon delivery. Just sharing since unfortunately a lot of drivers were laid off.

Sysco just announced the layoff of 57 opco presidents. Merging opco's and making them regions. Supposedly reducing the merchandise dept as well. They also notified furloughed employees that had a little hope of returning to work that they will not be returning.

Layoffs in Milton Canada Sysco due to Corona Virus. They only made billions last year couldn't afford to keep everyone working in this tough time I guess.
