Layoffs s— and are such an unfortunate part of business. I have seen many rounds of layoffs and been a part of a couple throughout my life - never have I seen it done like Worthington Oil & Gas! Great job in handling difficult business decisions and exemplifying the core business value with a people first culture.

As our country faces turmoil and market uncertainty I hope other businesses put forth similar thought and efforts when faced with the tough decision of reduction.
