The survey is paid participation, and the questions are geared to ensure the best possible outcome. Just google it.
Yes they sure do pressure. Lying, saying " hey take this anonymous survey", however, it is not because you are traced by loggin in and ip address
So they know exactly who says what on the surveys. They then use that as leverage against you.
