What's your prediction as it relates to the possiblity of Magna Layoffs 2020? Any news or rumors?

Company is garbage, especially at the higher ups. A small group of 4 have stuck around together, protecting each other and everyone else is expendable, unless you are buddies with them. I experienced a Focus Factory Manager literally work only 10 to 15 hours a week, and have absolutely no clue about anything in this person's leadership umbrella. This person was in tight with "The Four", and never received any punishment, while others took the fall for the group's shortcomings. Worst leadership I have ever experienced. Not even sure it could be led any worse.
How long has your husband been with Magna? and Which Magna location?
I expect layoffs by mid May 2020
Executive leadership spilled it with
“We have a business to run an to provide security for most people”
No health benefit extensions when you go on unemployment
With insight on other numbers they have used expecting a 15% to 20% total number
Not good compared to others at different companies I have talked to
Automotive is a small world with a big grapevine
Executives at Magna are not even taking a pay cut - workers are expendable there
My husband received a letter saying he is laid off.
