Another California Store Not on Closing List Not Accepting Gift Cards

Buzzard here, still circling. I posted about the Burbank store the other day. Another California store not on the closing list is not accepting gift cards. It gives the same error message as the stores who are on the closing list, saying that the payment type is not recognized. It says something to the effect of "must use Sears gift card." I have been using gift cards at this store for years until this week. Like the Burbank store, employees didn't know what was going on and thought there was something wrong with the gift card. This was not a pre-2018 gift card and I just used it online.

Something is coming.

Eddie most assuredly communicates with senior management. He does high level meetings that potentially have insider and conflict of interest implications on his yacht in international waters with no electronic devices present and no records. He's super-paranoid that way.

No one knows what's going on because Eddie Lampert does not communicate with senior management. Lampert is hiding underneath his desk afraid to face Sears and Kmart employees. What a coward! No wonder the ship is sinking. Something is very wrong with the man.

Eddie felt like his lawyers didn't have enough to do so wanted to add some more lawsuits onto the pile

It's happening on the East coast too. It's a complete pain for cashiers because there are no answers from anyone as to why this is happening.
