Let's all make our five year plans. Maybe if we are really lucky and work hard enough we can get promoted and then lose our jobs due to offshoring. Sorry but it is difficult to make five year plans with a company bent on destruction of it's employees, customers, and itself.

My five year plan involves leaving before year one and spending the other four elsewhere.
This is what they must have mean by. 20/20 vision 5 years ago 🤣 ewee this company is so horrible ! Every time I drive by and see the sign best places to work it makes me wonder 🥺 what places are they referring too ! Certainly not them!
