In talks to sell Haynesville, stock sells off further

Not a good sign. Question is how much is Haynesville really worth once sold? How much does book value change when converted to market value. Thanks to Marketing have underwater midstream commitments. Obviously the market suspects breakup value of the assets is lower than book since bonds are trading at significantly under par. Should this be a concern for other assets as well?

As a rule of thumb, when you need to sell something in a hurry, you lose all bargaining power for the price. I think any sale at this point, if not already in the works, is too little, too late.

Guess you don't realize who was responsible for the horrible marketing arrangements on the front end. No one who is there now or has been since 2013.
