Symantec dumbest mistakes causing misery to everyone. First foremost Symantec is purely shhhiiit!
Symantec support is now terrible, they've removed their web chat and lost most of their good engineers. Their newly acquired BlueCoat product is in dire need of support but they lack the ability to do so now. Stay away from this company for a while, I expect them to be dethroned as market leaders in security very soon.
