MM needs to resign. She’s an embarrassment to the Columbus business community. She’s so dead set on beating Margaret Keane (ceo at synchrony) that she effed up an entire organization. MM only cares about the name on the deal, not the deal - she’d rather lose money on the deal, to only tout the name. Margaret is a class act - MM could take some pointers from her. And don’t think her minions are any better - why do you think they are in the roles they hold? So MM can continue to control and manipulate.

A great commercial from a competitor would be waiting forever for someone to answer the phone then having a foreign person answer. Stating if you want great service and people that you can understand and understand you use our bank. Then show an American person answering the phone and maybe note we do not send your personal and private data oversees.
Well good luck transferring any call to anybody they keep firing people then they lie and call it call avoidance ! Too bad it’s not in the handbook no transfers ! If the company is sold we can only hope it to someone who cares about the employees, clients and customers. People DO NOT WANT their personal data going oversees. They want to speak to people who are in United States. I had someone tell me she makes them either transfer to someone in the United States or will call back with all and any company offshoring.
If the customers start dropping their cards the clients will begin dropping Alliance and Comenity Bank Cards. To save a buck but lose the company is like a restaurant selling rotten meat to customers because they can save a buck. I do not see how they can think that this is not going to come back and bite them.
If it is all about greed yes money is nice but at what price. Money cannot buy health and happiness it cannot prevent disaster and greed will rot out the soul. It will come back on those people but many get hurt along the way. A good reputation is better than great wealth. A good reputation can lead to wealth. A bad reputation can lead to temporary wealth but ruin in the end.
