This company’s upper management and executive members are terrible. They nearly bankrupted the company once and are on the verge of doing it again. With mistakes and mismanagement from the upper staff, the technicians and local management are the ones that pay the ultimate prices through layoffs. They need to start at the top with their layoffs and most problems would resolve themselves. They all show favoritism to the ones in their inner circles and who are yes men. They promote for the most part the least qualified to move into director roles and higher. It is not the best place for anyone looking to make a career to seek employment.

A highly mismanaged company! Layoff field personnel with knowledge of the equipment and lines, while keeping an abundance of secretaries and a–kissers. Will be bankrupt or sold soon

I back this statement 100%. I have been with the company for years and stood back and watched them run this company in to the ground. This is what happens when promote your good ole buddies who don’t have a clue what they’re doing
