I wanted severance and to be free of this sh$t show. No such luck. I even asked boss to give my job to someone else. They wouldn’t listen. My objective is to work as little as possible to get laid off within 12 months timeframe. It’s not who I am, but what they’ve made me.

Where can we find out about this lawsuit? Nail them for emotional pain and suffering that Rick and Vincent put you guys through.
Some folks are getting ready with proper documents to sue NLOK for holding back employees without contract.
You can sue them for holding you back.
Broadcom is holding this info because if you ask to leave it'll pay you nothing, this is clear to everyone. Less people, less severance.
