We continue to pay a company to do Mystery Shops... They are useless. Puts undo stress on stores. We should just be happy a store is open.
Traveling by RVP's and DM's..... We are broke BUT we still let so many people travel for no reason. Years ago, we were given iPads to do FaceTime visits... Safe the company money... That has all gone away. SHUT DOWN TRAVEL IMMEDIATELY!
Crazy expenses on Flights, Rentals, Motel Rooms and Meals..... Its a joke to the people working in the stores. People losing jobs, stores closing, but we let upper management run crazy with Traveling expenses.

There is no accountability for travel expense on the vp level. They’re all buddies. You don’t earn airline miles sitting in your office. You think PR needed that much help? No, just lots of miles and perked on a flight from Chicago to San Juan.
Yes let's keep the RVP and DM's that have been with us for 40 plus years 'cause they have a PROVEN track record.

They don’t know how to do anything else except travel, interrupt your work day, hold stupid conference calls and fill out expense reports.
They make themselves feel important that way with their pressure they push on you
Amen again.....market leaders? Totally part of the problem. Corporate hit men with their own greed perpetuating their actions. Only one that I ever truly respected and of course they were fired.
Hey now, don’t you know that you need to be managed? Who would manage you and the other 2 store associates in your store if the DM didn’t come out to do it?! I mean look at the results they have gotten out of all those store visits! I think the sales growth and profit margins they have increased in their stores speak for themselves.

Agreed! Just received an email today that D.M. will be out next week traveling and visiting the Kmart stores again...no money, but we continue to have all these executives with their big salaries and travel expenses.
