Beware. Conduent will fire you for talking about layoffs.
If your division is not showing a profit. The company will do a reduction in force to show a profit. Hire cheaper employees.

I know we suddenly don't have someone we used to work with in a different department working there anymore, and it sounds like they got laid off and didn't quit, so this does seem to be the case. Do you have any other info besides this? How widespread it might be? Anyone else can confirm this?
