I’ve read several posts stating there is an outlined plan for layoffs, transcripts of investor calls, etc. I’d like to review the data and try to put some things together. If you can help, please do.

Take a look at the investor slides that were just posted and listen to tomorrow morning’s call. Cliff’s note’s version: revenue is down significantly, but we’re going to hit our profit margins by continuing to eliminate jobs.
Cengage posts its investor call slide decks on their investor page, but that's about it. You have to turn to third-party sites for the kind of documentation you are seeking. A good starting point is the SeekingAlpha site/service.
