It is so stupid to play christmas music in a Kmart that is closing. It makes it more depressing. What do they think it will cheer people up?

I enjoy Christmas music and I am sick and tired of the attack on the holiday by people who are grumpy and miserable. If you don’t like it, ignore it. I love the holidays and have absolutely no problem with it played right after Halloween.
What should they play? Taps, The death knell, swing low sweet chariot? While those may be more appropriate they’re far more depressing than Christmas music.
It's not like the rest of the America isn't shoving Xmas music down our throats earlier and earlier every year. Pretty soon Holiday sales will start in July.
Turn it off? Sounds like there is no one left in HQ to do anything about it... and um even if they did what are thr going to do fire you?
Agreed, but this is how insensitive they are.
