I find it extremely funny that a company that prides themselves as the best decision possible and invest in answers can’t even help their own business case in terms of analyzing and forecasting for the future. How the hell are companies suppose to believe in your product if you supposedly use transcend ( TD product) but can’t use this to run a business. Complete ignorance in my opinion. There are companies like sap, oracle. AWS, snowflake that are growing unlike This t–data.

Only chance for longevity is to take it private, clean house in upper management, pay them all off and, get serious about taking a very sound legacy into the future on a slightly different scale.

They are a dinosaur, but have enough assets and trapped employees to circle the drain for quite some time.
TDC has had one main product for 40 years and is a database system, surrounding ecosystem, and services. It has kept the technology refreshed and top rated by Gartner. The problem is not the recent marketing around analytics. The problem is the person in the CEO position. MK at least knew how to run a cash cow business.
