Thoughts on the fact that Bob Joyce already got canned?

Is NDX bankrupt yet?
Ineffective leadership with a dictator attitude combined with ego, all equates to Bob Joyce’s failure as a CEO. Bob Joyce had no original thought and his “strategy” was one of deception. His “team” pushed his inept “strategy” and achieved the highest levels of failure.
The only legacy Bob Joyce leaves behind is failure-urization of National Dentex.
Failure seems to be the best way to describe his leadership.
It would be difficult to characterize Bob Joyce’s stint at NDX as anything other than staggering incompetence. Even more concerning is how completely apparent this was early on. His communications did stop at ineffective, Bob is blatantly condescending, to colleagues that are more knowledgeable, more capable, just bring more to the table. I have to wonder how the board allowed this to occur for as long as id did. One doesn’t need to be “amiable” to be a good leader (obviously it doesn’t hurt). Mr. Joyce is unique in that his leadership prowess is fundamentally nonexistent.
I think Cerberus got confused and thought they were hiring his brother
Bob Joyce created a fear culture and took care of those that kissed his rear. He surrounded himself with weaker executives and fired anyone who challenged him. Not to mention his serious health issue of forgetting everything he promised. Good luck National dentex, many pieces to pick up after his rath
Bob Joyce was Joe Biden from the start. No clue how to lead, awful and confusing communication, and hired a totally inexperienced staff. Meanwhile, revenue decline accelerated under Joyce and he burned all of NDX's DSO relationships within his first year on the job. Lastly, his Kaizen lab initiatives were nothing but expensive closet cleaning exercises that ultimately resulted in a higher CPU.
He wasn't able to find work for years after Teradata, apparently for good reason. Bob Joyce was canned again, as CEO of National Dentex (NDX).
To quote two people earlier, totally unqualified to be an executive at any business, and no one has any idea what he was trying to accomplish here.
Bob Joyce lasted longer here than at Tera data, but not much longer. As CEO of National Dentex, he seriously harmed our company brand, lost massive revenue, and put his friends in key roles with nice salaries to help him accomplish all that, all while getting rid of anyone who questioned him and creating a culture of fear.
To anyone in the future reading this, do not hire Bob Joyce.
No one should be fired due to their gender. Talent is more important than some diversity metrics. The swamp is crushing competent people everywhere.
NH is on last day Friday. Has been told no longer needed. Announcement from VL on Friday afternoon.
BJ was totally unqualified - no experience in SW/Tech. He was hired since he was an expert at establishing an operating model - but failed to get the ELT to prioritize projects and establish KPIs for the last 2 months. He was supposed to train all VPs+ at the CEO Leadership Summit, and it resulted by cutting the session in 1/2 since everyone was completely confused as to what he was trying to do.
Isn't this the guy who came from a small industrial manufacturing and instrumentation shop/company? Totally unqualified to lead a data analytics business.
He just joined end of August.
