This company has lost their minds trying to deny and unemployment claim stating something was violated ! They should probably make sure that is in the handbook before they try to deny somebody they fired in the same week of all the layoffs ! Looking to save a dime off the sweat of their loyal employees backs ! Smh they are really something they are like the company of evil doers ! I am done playing nice

Employees who receive severance pay will also face a delay in receiving unemployment. Paid sick leave and paid vacation time may also delay eligibility for unemployment insurance. However, filing before you're eligible does not affect your claim...
I don’t think you can get unemployment will collecting severance. Let us know?
Logged in today, to my surprise I see my claim was denied too, because of severance pay. smh They are so sneaky. Forcing us to be on the payroll, until severance pay is over. I'm calling an employment lawyer TODAY!
