Concho is the most unethical place I have ever worked. They don't want to call anything a "layoff" so they just lie, and make up whatever reason they want to fire someone. No proper HR protocol is followed. There should be investigations done, documentation if performance is poor, but there is nothing. Document EVERYTHING people, what they are doing is discrimination and ILLEGAL. Over 40 is a protected class, which their HR department should know (but they are imbeciles). This company is just all fluff an no substance. Nice buildings though, hats off to the architect!

Couldn’t have said it better, SO TRUE. Can’t believe they are getting away with all of this. I personally hope it comes back around to bite them.
