I went from a green store to a red store. And have no idea why. Did this happen to anyone else?

They even added a new tier — double red for those corporate just doesn’t like
My store went from blue to yellow. My DL was doing my audit now it's back to AP.
Now FS shrink is on the radar. Nothing really changed from last year. Accounting issues. Corporate likely manipulates numbers out of necessity . Last year they need the earnings and this year they make up for last years tweaks. CVS stock is a Strong Buy. When shrink is higher the Earnings will be really good. It's all in reverse of common sense. BUY
Maybe if AP is out, we'll stop having to do those stupid AP quizzes they make us take all the time!
Except loss prevention at cvs is a joke! A customer once walked out with a shopping cart full of merchandise, without paying, and we were powerless to stop them. All we could do is watch them leave and call the police. Don't know if they ever got caught. Loss prevention is supposed to be just that, loss PREVENTION, but we have ZERO procedures for preventing merchandise from leaving the store. We have no security and employees cannot even so much as put a finger on a shoplifter or your fired! Wouldn't shock me one bit if LP/AP got the boot, because it's a joke to begin with. And since corporate now wants the main ringer to be out on the sales floor, shoplifting at cvs just became as easy as pie. There's nobody to even see you walk out with the stuff!
Work here in Woonsocket and the word is some high in LP convinced some in OPS it was imperative to make these stores “red”. Word is to use it to reinforce AP is needed badly and eliminating those positions cant happen. Its not a conspiracy theory its a smoke screen to try to save AP from the chopping block. Fact!
To the person that said you must be on the hit list. Clearly you have no clue as to what you’re talking about. Move on and troll somewhere else.
How do you find out what color your store is? Where on the computer do I find this? I am a shift and would like to know about my store without having to ask.
It's based on BOH changes and inventory growth in the front store. You'll get an AP audit this month and an AP pulse check every month of the quarter. I've been bouncing between red and yellow for a year and just changed to blue.
Who is doing the audits?
You must be on the hit list. Every store that I’ve ever seen turn red is one where they are looking for reasons to get rid of either the SM or PM or both. With monthly audits, being a red store makes it much easier to accomplish.
