Not sure if those are just stupid questions or just wishful thinking. People of a negative mindset often default to wishing hardship on others while assuming others are of the same entitled negative mindset.
News Flash, We are not... and guess what i am still here, Doing my best to bring value to my customers and support my peers.
I am here, like I was during the last all employee call when I heard our CEO stress his teams focus on determining our future strategy while he reminded us that it wont be a road without bumps. I also heard him say he needs all of us. True this may not mean in our current function as I expect they will find areas of redundancies so they can redirect to new functions as we continue to advance our vision.
I am here, like I was on the day SGAS helped a large client recently recover their environment during an unexpected interruption ensuring there business would resume the following day, The customer claimed to be forever grateful for our teams ability to adapt and deliver when it mattered.
I am here, like I was the day we secured a large new client in a strategic market delivering against our new product line. Yes this customer has since boarded and is in steady state operations.
I am here, Like the day we learned of some areas we were under performing in the eye of the customer. But like I would expect, Service Management partnered with Sales to understand the gap and creatively found away to regain the clients confidence and are satisfied once again.
I am here like I was on any given day. Like I will be tomorrow. To help you understand that yes there are challenges, yes there is some uncertainty. But there will always be opportunity for those that remain positive and steadfast on delivering value.
