All print R&D and QA is shutting down. Moving elsewhere. Anyone in the US better start looking....it's shutting down faster than anyone thought.

China = tariffs = move to a country without tariffs
The other 2 places I can think of where resources from Shanghai will move to are Singapore and India.
“Shutting down” is rather deceiving. But as the next sentence accurately states, Shanghai R&D and QA are moving elsewhere... and it isn’t to the US. This move will be executed by end of 2020. Boise print business will follow suit by end of 2022.
