Broadcom seems to be very ambitious about closing this transaction on 4th November. By the feel and look of it - it appears unlikely they will do the wire transfer to Symantec on 4th November!
Internally they keep saying 4-Nov . To everyone else the narrative has changed to “calendar year end “ !!
