Eddie is a job creator. He can do no wrong.
@11yZGufp-1gqd Old Sears, Sears Hometown and Outlet investors, and Stanley Black and Decker filed lawsuits against Eddie. That, alone, tells you all you need to know about this man. His track record with Sears is poor.
I expect unsecured vendors to sue Eddie since he was CEO of Sears Holdings before he ran it into the ground. They really need to look into his other business adventures, as well. Something odd is going on.
So Eddie might get personally sued.
Sears Holdings won't have enough to pay all of their vendors in full -attorney fees ate most if that up. Now Old Sears is banking on their lawsuit against Eddie to bring additional cash. This could be tied up in court for long time.
