What is wrong with the PMIC VI group? Every single person I've meet from this group is complaining. Engineers in this group look depressed all the time. What is going on there?

Low level tech work, you keep losing your hard gained knowledge acquired prior to joining this group. Director treats engineers badly if they are not from his background. You are easily replaceable and they make that clear. No career growth. No appreciation. Good people have already left over the years.
