The numbers were always the main thing this company’s leadership cared about, but from now on I think it’s safe to say that the numbers will be the only thing that matters. The new leadership is profit-oriented to the max, so no amount of layoffs, no restructures, or shifts of any kind should surprise us. This especially applies to any part of the company that is not in direct relation to generating profit. Hate to say it, but this is just the beginning of a very painful process in which many of us will grab the bitter end. Good luck to you all

Got RIFd two days ago despite leading a project considered strategically important. All because the client delayed go-live by 3 months.
Koch has been pulling the strings and Infor has seen a lot of reorgs over the last year. Now its all numbers. Getting 2 months severance so their net gain is 1 month of expenses by the time client restarts the project. Very short sighted approach.
do you mean legal maximum?
I was one of the ones affected in North America. I wasn't surprised at but some of us were blindsided. Anyone who is in product or development should start job searching yesterday. The severance is a joke compared to similar companies. Infor does the legal minimum to avoid being sued, nothing more.
