Yes its closing..management has done this..most unorganized and dysfunctional place..they care nothing for employees...dont waste your time..management has no clue how to run the place.

What do you mean by, “ google merger”? There doesn’t seem to be any business model parity at all. This doesn’t make any sense - please explain how a TEN and GOOGmerger might work. Thanks.
