I don’t know if it’s the same story at every location, or at least at most locations, but at mine the managers are “miles away from anything that’s happening at work, and even more distant from any work processes that are happening. I swear, it’s like they are working for a different company, and were dropped at eviCore against their will.
I haven't been working here for too long, so that might explain why I’m so surprised by this behavior and everyone else isn’t, but I worked at multiple companies and never have I seen that the managers don’t care about work to this degree. I don't think this is a state that can continue for long. I honestly ask does anyone agree with me, or does everyone think this is normal, like my coworkers?
