Thread regarding Juniper Networks Inc. layoffs

MIST is Toxic

The acquisition of MIST is being referred to as toxic. The management from mist has complete seller's remorse. It's very much a them vs. us mindset. This acquisition will go on the books as yet another disappointment by Juniper CEO staff.

The Mist sales team is a complete and utter sh– show. They fight with the juniper reps on existing accounts and try at all cost to keep themselves separate, not a team at all.

Aren't these ex Cisco guys? Isn't the story that they wanted to bought out by acquisition hungry "We'll buy anything" Cisco, but Cisco didn't want them? So Juniper bought them instead?
