Thread regarding Kroger Co. layoffs

We have lost from what I have heard 59 managers out of the 101 in my district alone. my question is who is going to be running the stores?? Cause all they are going to do is reshuffle the responsibility to somebody else but arent going to compensate the people taking on that responsibility. And lord knows some people that this would fall on dont need to be in that position anyway but it's what ever just give it time they will find the errors of their ways and hire managers again and start cutting expenses some where else. And to answer the question as to why this is happening think about all the wage increases that just happened.

Here at Fry's we are all down. Feed the human spirit, what a joke. We bust our butts day in and day out with little to no thanks because we love our store. Then they throw this c-ap out at us. Make some more KTV videos telling us all how great everything is. Enjoy your bonus Rodney,I'm sure it will be HUGE.

It's all corporate lies. But Rodney gets a fat bonus every year.

This is so sad we are taught to be Fresh and Friendly and Feed The Human Spirit then this happens .
Each manager has put so much I to this company years and it does not matter they just get pushed out. We the people who have gi en our lives to this company could shed so.e light on how Kroger could really shine.but then again do we really matter at all.
