I am the first one in 98% of the time and this morning the conference room curtains are open and the lights are on at 5:30 am. Nothing good is going to happen here today.

I was laid off in 2009 and in 2015. The first thing Halliburton cuts is all training. Then when problems come up on location due to the poor training, they complain. They get rid of all the people with experience and leave the ones that knows nothing in charge.

Next, they also laid off people with 5 to 10 years of experience, because they don't want to pay the saleries. It's cheaper to laid them off than have them to work. They really get rid of the people that does 90-100% of the work and leaves the ones that deserve not to be working there in the first place. With all of the layoffs, why are there job offers on their website? Why doesn't Halliburton hire the the people that were laid off?

Halliburton's upper management has a very poor relationship with their employees. They are out of touch and don't have a clue what goes on out in the field. They make policy that may help is one area, but destroys in another. What works in the US, hurts in Congo. One side is not always the best way.

I do have to say that my years with Halliburton were great. I still miss it at times.

If it’s below a certain number they don’t have to report it publicly. El Reno is done for the 5 millionth time! Hot shot drivers will use the yard to drop off any needed equipment in the area. Everything else is being moved to Odessa or San Antonio. It may come back someday but you’re time is up get over yourself already. Large camps like Odessa, San Antonio, Wilmington, and Zanesville will be the last hit.
