Universum, a research firm, surveyed 247,235 students (business, engineering and IT majors) in the world’s 12 largest economies.

The study was fielded from September 2018 to April 2019. The students were asked: (a) which employer characteristics are most influential as they consider future employment and (b) which employer brands they most admire.
To be considered, companies must rank in the top 90% of employers within at least six of the 12 largest world economies, as weighted by GDP.
Universum’s World’s Most Attractive Employer report is now in its eleventh year

Calm down. You obviously have issues against MBA. If you can't fight them, join them. It is never too later to learn something new.

What, is this list the most attractive company list for MBA's to get in, fleece the business, and collect their golden parachute?

LOL...the "Spirit and Letter" in action. GE dumps money for fake ratings on an irrelevant website. The GE corruption continues.

Yep, these are either flat out bought and paid for by the companies, or their methodology is biased. You don’t see Facebook, Netflix, or Amazon, yet you do see General Motors (previously bailed out the US government and currently striking) and Volkswagen (defrauded tens of thousands of car buyers). Huawei, which specializes in spying for the Chinese government, is on the list. These are really the type of company you want to keep...what a joke.

Be VERY skeptical of these kind of rankings. They usually require the company pay for ranking position.

If you go to the Universum homepage (www.universumglobal.com) and scroll down, it shows that all these companies are universum clients, including GE!!!
