HR bar!! That’s actually pretty funny! Can you imagine the wait times because of all the clueless brown nosing ‘high potentials’ and ‘managers’? ‘Hello HR! I just need my daily dose of affirmation that I’m better than everyone else!’

Sorry this is nothing new.
Better service? It’s the same people on the other end of the phone and come by our offices who just rotate through this joke of a support idea. Staffing up deskside support makes more sense. No one else does this because it makes no sense. Actually it makes about as much sense as buying stale sandwiches on 29 instead of walking to p10
Lower cost better service. Not exactly innovation, just something everyone should be doing.

Nope. An IT managers innovation idea from a recent visit to an Apple store. Replace genius with tech in time for year end reviews and they can claim how much they saved from walk up service instead of a pay by the call contract with the vendor
