We can put all this behind us now. Hearings are over. Sears will now become more stronger than ever and transform to number one. Kmart not so much.

Definitely not over by a longshot. Many more hearings to follow as they progress with this plan, and as they admitted themselves they don’t know when it will all be over. They also appear to have made damages recovered from those lawsuits and integral part of the plan so we will have to see how that all plays out. Chapter 7 conversion is a possibility at any time if it appears the plan will not be effective. It is refreshing to see someone around here with a positive attitude though!
