@ original poster, unfortunately I must agree with you! @ 7mbu comment. I obviously disagree with you. I remember years back when I purchased an HP all-in-one printer to compliment my new HP laptop. in short, after many telephone calls to customer support which were on my dime (yes, not toll-free), the toll charges when I got the telephone bill well exceeded the cost of the POS printer! Add this to never, ever, getting the HP printer to print color with the HP laptop. Both devices were brand new. I worked for HP over 15 years. I have never purchased another HP product since. MHO., HP is garbage!
