With what Kroger is doing to us. I believe there would be enough victims for a class action suit.

Its a RIF ...Reduction in Force
Nothing can be done. All discrimination goes away..
Over 40..woman..disabled..black..white..purple..tenure..none of that matters

A lesson for all still working there. Kroger wants a revolving door of cheap labor and has practices in place to keep it that way.

What laws have they violated? If it's "At Will" employment you would have to have evidence of some type of s-xual, religious or age discrimination to sue right? What would we sue them for?
