What is this, a deal brokered by the snarky social media savvy mayor to make #1OKC look good? Can’t have that huge tower empty. But that shabby building back there (that DVN used to occupy) that’s okay - doesn’t have as much exposure to our beloved park!

DVN is in the process of getting remaining G&G retrained as Realtors. Somebody's gonna have to sell off all that empty office space.
