With such a large layoff. They did it by catagory/job title! Much easier for them,probable less liability!
Example a Merchant has less seniority than a Sales Rep., now they have to ask the Sales Rep., if they wanna take a step down, and that would include Cut $pay$! Plus they would have to change schedules etc:. Very time consuming to do this with over 2,000 workers being laid off!
Again we were lied to the layoffs were supposed to go by seniority not job title any but it can do thatnrock stuff
