Buckle up, this will not be pretty. There will be more layoffs in the next few months, and DC will be hit the hardest.
I think we have now entered the stage where job security is a thing of the past for us. At least until the end of the year - if not longer.

September 1 layoffs coming
I was given the 'work from home' order in March 2020, and in May Canon let a bunch of us go. Not furlough, but just a phone call saying, literally, " today is your last day at Canon"– 3 years on the job. Funny part is that this was the first time in 30 years of professional selling that I felt some level of job security.
