If you have the opportunity to work for CLR, do it. BUT be hesitant on any position in the Project Management group. The group is led by two people that are completely unfit to lead and and have somehow made the group a bigger joke within the company. From a person outside, looking in, these “leaders” have made some really horrible decisions for their team and only look out for themselves.

Just like the CEO trying to will Into existence higher oil prices, so will the market will i to existence higher shale price for clr shares. Harold is a crook and after bashing the saudis now he pleas for them to act to rebalance markets. What a clown. I like him, the management team if there is any, is now drawing a list of people to be fired due to performance. That’s the only excuse they use so they do t have to pay severance. “The company can make money at $55 oil”. Sure, see how that panned our last year. Another 6 months of these and they are history. Short short short any uptick on share price.

So what happened to (3)? Must have been really important.
Love the kumbaya remark- that is funny and you don’t have to be cruel to make your point. Humor is a much more powerful tool. Nice one.
Alright we’ll let you get back to your campfire singing kumbaya
No. That remark was not from Bob. It was from someone who understands that rudeness is nothing new, but it can spread like COVID-19. You must (1) never let it get to you; (2) react to rudeness with kindness; (4) attempt to diffuse the tension rudeness causes; (5) always call out the inappropriate behavior.
Hey Bob is that you?
A cruel remark is an unenlightened statement that fails to make any responsible contribution to a discussion.
Who would downvote that Bob is a horrible leader? The entire Project Management leadership team is under-qualified and too concerned with themselves to provide any kind of direction or growth. Without a doubt the worst group to be stuck in, this is where careers go to die.
What CLR needs to do is fire Bob Sandbo. That dude looks like he stepped out of a clown cart
May I ask what department you two were in?
Happened to me too. No severance. All in all I was relieved. It’s no fun working for incompetent people
Sorry to hear, hope you find a new job soon.
