WOW keeping the supervisors and managers. Do you know how many of them we need right now? The answer is -25. I want the experienced hands, e-techs, and mechanics. We really are on a sinking ship and Houston doesn’t have a clue.

All mechanics and Etech are laid off. Warehouse gone as well. Copper crew mechs working in vernal were told around noon that they will finish their shift and go home Tuesday morning to be laid off. Badger guys in minot nd have late flights home and will be laid off Wednesday morning. Only managers and supervisors so far have been given an option for transfer. Option was to go to Williston in field. All have decline. Severance appears to be 1 week per year of service plus vacation capped at 13 weeks. Plus 8 weeks for camp shutdown all at base pay.

DM and HR heading to GJ today. Rumor has it, Cement in GJ and Farmington are being shut down this week. Farmington to close by year end. Possibly GJ as well.<—still a rumor. Probably lots of transfers to Casper mixed with layoffs. Vernal is the only camp with multiple crews working and multiple crews working local In the district. Vernal bulk plant reopening, possibly just for the winter. Management seems to be moving the Casper way.
