It continues into next week! I have it from a few sources that Delta store managers in at least 1 district have meetings on Monday and Tuesday at a hotel in Memphis. Stay tuned...

I know which store manager you are referring to. He is a great guy, very personable and well liked by all. I think, if I’m not mistaken, that there are three managers scheduled tomorrow? And I believe one other coordinator was let go as well, if one of my sources was correct. Also, any rumors on D1 ASMs and if they will be called in? I hope none of mine are. They’re all great people and always willing to help when needed.
Some d1 store managers and coordinators went to the 1 on 1 meeting at the hotel today...1 meat coordinator was let go and 2 store managers were told their 3 weaknesses and were allowed to come back to work. 2 more managers are scheduled tomm. One of which everyone is saying he will be let go hes over 50 and makes a decent living plus bonus but also a great store manager but the dm doesnt like him.
It’s awful what’s going on. Morale is going to get even worse now. District 1 I believe has their meetings going on now. And tomorrow too I believe. I’m nervous to find out what happens to our managers this week.
Two Delta districts went through it last week, they terminated most managers with 20+ years, I know of two with that many years not terminated, and heard a third was not, but have not been able to confirm that. Most stores just got managers that were demoted in the past for not being able to run a store very well, or who have never run a store and have bad reputations. I'm trying as hard as I can to find something else, as I cannot continue with this company after this travesty, even as an hourly employee.
