Has anyone heard if the blood shed is over or if there will be another round of layoffs? I'm hearing a ton of rumors.

Well, it's over for my SM. Today he got his meeting/package.
Don't be fooled! I have watched this kind of bloodshed in my division 4 times now. There WILL be more. If you think your safe, your not. They will run numbers again and check their data, they'll look at where they can cut more. Pretty sure, it will be sometime after the holidays or the end of the fiscal year. If they are cutting 3500 positions across all of Kroger, this is just wave 1. If your smart, you'll bank up your savings, 401k and start looking for a better job where your valued and appreciated. There is ALWAYS a next time.
Not sure if they’ve gone through corporate offices, but our division is done at the store level I hear the estimate is over 100 in Smith’s
Wednesday all our ASM"s in the Southwest Division find out their fate.....
Phase 2/round 2 I have heard after the first of the year and in the Louisville Division will be assistant store managers.
Nothing internally - just rumors on this site.. It might be over or just over in some places with some positions..
