The amount of money the executives are paid is sinful. NO ONE NEEDS THAT MUCH MONEY. Then they get bonuses on top of that. The clerks on the front line in the stores don’t make enough to survive, we are the working class poor. Why can’t clerks earn bonuses? Cut the execs pay, raise the pay if the people working their butts off making the sales for the company. Make us want to work for this company,

today I found out that tomorrow we get a .50 cent raise, whoo hoo , so Rodney gets millions and we get .50 after 14 yrs with the company I am not impressed . my rent on my apartment in the past 3 years has increased 300.00 dollars because of growth in the area, 50 cents more an hour doesn't start to cover it.
Well now theyve laid off hundreds of mgrs rumour is associates will be getting a good raise at the cost of others losing their jobs. Idk why it took them having to lay off MGMT to increase their associates pay. I guess with the drop in mgrs clerks are going to have to pick up on the extra work.
They are robbing the shareholder.

The head honchos get all the money .i have always thought the company had too much management.I do not think anyone is worth 11 million and his upper management get. now i am worried about the company stock I own .might be time to roll it over .
Stop paying into their stocks. Think about it people most of their stocks are bought by employees. How many of you shop after work? So there goes a little more of your pay-check. How many employees donate money and your precious time to the company? How many of your family members shop here ? Every little bit more you give this company the more it’s taking away from its employees and it builds the company . They use their employees to build mountains for them just like ant colonies . Your replaceable regardless of your position. You also need to pay attention during your tax season seriously .
