How the heck does the media not know about this and how do we bring their attention to it? Midland isn’t that big, people are talking. Word should travel fast. I don’t understand how Concho is getting away with what they are doing. The news needs to be reporting on this. How is there not a wrongful termination lawsuit?

You’re right, I agree with that. That’s why I’m wondering if there’s even anything that can be done.
I just don’t understand how they can get away with targeting people over a certain age and blaming it on performance.
It could be considered defamation for sure.
Texas is at at will state. How can you claim wrongful termination?
