The bottom line is the fact that these CEOs and other multi million dollar making asshats need a pay cut not the lower level workers. They are compensating the wages I feel cause the hourly based employees arent getting sh– and getting tired of k–ling ourselves for no money when these big wigs are coming in demanding more work for less. We lost our bonuses because it was a 3 year test and it was not making a big enough impact of how our friendly scores were. It s—s, we did not even get compensated and get a small raise but the executives can give themselves big raises and bonuses. We are the ones who do all the work. The need to step up and pay us what we deserve.
I agree. Many people probably don't know that Rodney McMullen was given a 4 million dollar raise in March. $4,000,000. We got a $1 hour raise at the same time, oh that ticked me off. He's been running this company into the ground, stocks in the hole for years, and we've been busting our tails off and he gets a 4 million dollar raise. I recently left Kroger after almost 11 years as an assistant bakery manager and front end supervisor. Glad I did, hopes and prayers to the rest.
