Freecash offers now differentiate between Sears and Kmart products. "5 of 15" for Sears- and only Sears sold products, kmart clothes do not count towards the total. Was this always the case? It feels new to me; a sign of the purging of the K?

They’ve always been different to some degree. I’ve been combining the points on the bonus offers for years and spending them at Sears. Generally the freecash works only at one or the other but the spend $50 get $10 deals give points that work at both but are independent offers from one another (and sometimes they have different offers on the website and in store). I’d try and stack the points deals from both then redeem them all at Sears to get the better stuff, or if I needed household goods then dump like $50 in points offers that week at Kmart.
