So who is it??
Synamedia was sold for pennies on the dollar for a reason, Cisco bought NDS for $5 BILLION and dumped the business as basically a write off. The strategy is to slow the bleeding as much as possible, of course customers are going to leave, but P's goal is to just milk it a bit longer.
Customers are saying Synamedia doesn’t have the talent/resources to support them with all the changes happening.
