We need to take a stand to make sure this is the last time this ever happens. They are understaffed all the time anyway, if we united they couldn’t replace us..

They are firing middle management. Non union folks. Yall dont even know
Kroger is union. I worked there for just short of 24 years. I retired 6 years ago, took my itty bitty pension and I'm so glad I was able to. I saw so many stupid, expensive programs come and go and none of them really help with productivity or efficiency.
Kroger employees are already in a union. They have been for years.
Unions do nothing but secure over payed jobs for under qualified people and drive good companies into the ground.
